Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By enrolling in any course or service provided by Entry Business Academy, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any deviation from these terms shall only be valid if explicitly agreed in writing by Entry Business Academy.
2. Online Delivery
   All courses and services are delivered exclusively online. No physical materials or in-person sessions are included unless explicitly stated.
3. Payment Terms
   All invoices must be paid within 7 working days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified. In the event of late payment, Entry Business Academy reserves the right to:

• Charge a fixed interest of 10% on the overdue amount.
• Suspend access to any services without prior notice.

1. Debt Recovery
   If payment remains overdue for more than 60 days, Entry Business Academy reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All associated legal and recovery costs will be borne by the client.
2. Refund Policy
   Refunds are only applicable if requested by email to info@entryerp.com within 24 hours of the course purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Withholding Tax
   Clients are responsible for any applicable withholding taxes under their local jurisdiction. Entry Business Academy will not be held accountable for deductions or additional charges arising from a country’s tax laws. The full invoice amount must be paid.
4. Service Commitment
   Entry Business Academy is committed to delivering high-quality training and support within the agreed timeframe. However, all services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Entry Business Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The company will not act as a third party in any legal disputes involving the client and other parties.
6. Claims & Disputes
   Any claims must be submitted in writing via registered email to info@entryerp.com within 24 hours of service delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
7. Governing Law
   All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within the jurisdiction of Kerala, India.
8. Privacy Policy
   Entry Business Academy is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during registration or service usage—including names, emails, and payment details—is used solely for internal operations, service delivery, and communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where legally required.
   All information is stored securely, and users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@entryerp.com.
